The This PC Has Been Blocked screen locker is a Trojan that displays a fake security screen stating that the PC has been blocked because unusual activity was detected. It then tells you to contact the nearest Microsoft technician at 1-844-703-1130 to get a an unlock code. Once you enter the correct code, the screen will disappear and you can use your computer normally again.
