"They are, after all, very important," says fish.
"I was scanning the escalations today, and found one titled 'VIP unable to access iOS device.' That wasn't so unusual.
"But it was the resolution that caught my eye: 'VIP's assistant provided the VIP with the unlock PIN.'"
