The iPhone 8 Plus camera delivers better portraits and colors compared with the iPhone 7 Plus thanks to a new sensor and a Portrait Lighting feature that adds studio lighting effects. CNET senior photographer James Martin tested out the camera for 72 hours, taking about 2,000 photos.
