Crypt38 Decrypter is a free decryption program created by Michael Gillespie for the Crypt38 Ransomware. Using this decryptor a victim of the Crypt38 Ransomware can decrypt their files for free without having to pay the ransom. The Crypt38 Ransomware will encrypt your files an add the .crypt38 extension to encrypted files. So a file called test.jpg would be encrypted as test.jpg.crypt38. When using this decryptor you will also be given the choice to delete the encrypted files after they are decrypted and to remove the associated ransom notes.
