For our 27^th annual Best Places to Work in IT report, Insider Pro and Computerworld surveyed large, midsize and small organizations across the U.S. — and their employees — to find out which ones deserve to be called the best. As in previous years, we discovered that IT pros value challenging projects and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies. A positive corporate culture that emphasizes teamwork is also highly prized and has become more important than ever as organizations have pivoted to remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic.
